The radiator of the excavator should be full in one spring. Seeing that the weather is getting hotter and hotter, if it is not cleaned in time, it will easily cause the machine to become hot or even damaged.

Today, I will teach you how to disassemble and clean the radiator of an excavator.

A worker must first sharpen his tools if he wants to do his job well, and of course prepare a set of disassembly tools.

First look at the blockage of the radiator. Although a steel wire dust net was added early, it may still block a lot of dust and grass.

The following is ready to be removed. The first step is to remove the bottom plate of the engine to facilitate the removal of the screws under the water tank later.

Then release all the coolant in the water tank and disconnect the hose connection between the engine and the water tank. Remove the screws that fix the air-collecting ring and the water tank radiator one by one, and keep them in order, and finally install them one by one.

After removing the screws, take out the water tank carefully. This process must be handled gently to avoid hitting the heat sink.

Then carefully flush the radiator with a water gun. This process must pay attention to two points: first, when flushing, first from the inside out, against the engine wind direction, and then flush from the outside to the inside; second, remember that the water gun must be perpendicular to the water tank , Inclined will damage the heat sink.

Next, rinse the hydraulic oil radiator in the same way. The rinse must be careful until the water comes out of the other side without scum and muddy water. After washing, the entire radiator should be transparent.

Then assemble it back in order. Put a few threads on each screw of the water tank, so as not to install the screw because of the wrong position. After the assembly is completed, carefully check whether the screw is missing.

Finally, connect the pipeline and add the original antifreeze, remember not to add ordinary tap water for cheap. According to this set of specifications, the radiator should be no problem. Wait for the test this summer!
